Pre-release terms
Use Flow34 with authority and care.
These terms describe the intended boundaries for pre-release evaluation. Final consumer and sales terms will be published before paid access begins.
Pre-release document: Flow34 is not currently sold or distributed publicly. These terms do not announce availability, guarantee store approval or create a paid subscription.
1. Product status and publisher
Flow34 is a browser-extension product in pre-release preparation under the independent developer brand Zero34 Labs. Zero34 Labs is not currently presented as an incorporated company. Any future seller identity and applicable consumer terms will be stated accurately at checkout.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use Flow34 to access another person’s account without permission, bypass security or verification controls, create deceptive engagement, harass others, distribute unlawful material or interfere with a platform’s operation. Flow34’s safety controls must not be deliberately defeated.
4. X platform relationship
Flow34 is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by X Corp. “For X” describes compatibility only. X controls its own service, rules, interface and account restrictions. Those may change without notice and may interrupt or prevent a Flow34 workflow.
5. Local data and backups
Flow34 keeps core settings, workflow records and safety memory in browser-local storage. You are responsible for protecting exported backups and for keeping any backup needed before clearing browser data, removing the extension or changing devices. See the privacy notice for details.
6. Free and Pro plans
Free and Pro scope and indicative prices are published for pre-launch transparency. Checkout, renewals, refunds, taxes, cancellation terms and licensing are not active. Final sales terms and the legal seller identity will be shown before any purchase can be completed.
7. Availability and warranties
Pre-release material is provided for evaluation and may change. Store approval, uninterrupted operation and compatibility with every X interface state are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, final warranty and liability terms will be stated in the release terms without limiting rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
